on revolution 3 to get sasuke you must beat story mode on difficulty 2 and attack power 2, beat 30% of the missions for true form Sasori, Hiruko, Kisame, Itachi, and Diedara then buy everyone you have unlocked same goes for Orochimaru and Kabuto
To get Bando, when it says beat 800 matches on the revolution 3 cheats you actually have to win not just play them
